Waste Treatment

Zero-Waste Solution

Zero waste solution is a utopian process by which every wasted component is cycled, processed, upgraded, and returned back to the society as a valuable product. To the understand zero process, it should be clear that a fraction of the waste is neither organic (which could be trated) nor recyclable. This fraction includes papers, tissues, dipers and more. These are known as refused or non-recyclables/non-organics. Many treatment plants deal with organics but keep landfilling the other type of waste. This minimizes the problem rather than solving it.

Zero Waste means designing and managing products and processes to systematically avoid and eliminate the volume and toxicity of waste and materials, conserve and recover all resources, and not burn or bury them. Implementing Zero Waste will eliminate all discharges to land, water or air that are a threat to planetary, human, animal or plant health.

Zero Waste involves moving from the back end of waste disposal to the front end of resource management. “If a product can’t be reused, repaired, rebuilt, refurbished, refinished, resold, recycled or composted, then it should be restricted, redesigned, or removed from production.

HJM group revolutionized a new set of solution to take care of all non-recyclable waste. These material could be upgraded to make houshold fittings, such as eco-board, bags, and more.

However, achieving zero waste requires the help of the community: It requires ethics, vision, reseponsibility and commintment.
